We are having a close look at what motivation and goal setting is, an area research has suggested can eradicate world poverty, if more widely taught.

We are going through a journey that will take us through the various theoretical and academic theories and through this journey we will build a solid understanding what motivation is and get some ideas of the active components and of how we as an individual can be motivated.

As a natural extension this runs into goal setting and gives us some solid tools that will give you an insight into how we can best achieve what we desire in life.
