Depression, anxiety, and stress are different experiences, however, people with depression often experience symptoms similar to those experienced in an anxiety disorder and stress conditions and visa versa. Some of the symptoms may be nervousness, irritability, and problems sleeping and concentrating. But each disorder has its causes and it’s emotional and behavioral symptoms. Both Anxiety and Depression are fully treatable experiences.
